Transaction Coordinator Services

We Manage Your Files...You Sell More Homes!!

WHAT ARE TRANSACTION COORDINATION SERVICES?

For agents who want to be under the care and guidance of a trusted and experienced real estate professional, we highly recommend using Transaction Coordinator (TC) Services. A Transaction Coordinator will monitor and manage the entire transaction process from signed purchase agreement or counter offer to close of escrow (COE). Our TC officers  have received a lot of positive feedback from clients who have used their services. They are familiar with the process on how to expedite the brokers' file acceptance to ensure that you will receive your commission directly at the close of escrow.
